What to Bring to Your Appointment
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any current medications. If you're transferring from another dentist, bringing recent X-rays or records helps us build your treatment plan more efficiently. We're open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, so early risers can get in before the workday starts.
